化危机2 ost有3个版本，版本1和版本2曲目不一样，第三个是Remix版本，
游戏背景编辑
故事分为两条剧情线：里昂线（Leon Scott Kennedy）和克莱尔线（Claire Redfield）。
依照通关的先后顺序，故事会有少许不同，但是大体故事构架是相同的。
1998年9月29日，新人警官里昂来到莱肯市警察局上任。但是，在进入市区以后却遭遇了被T病毒感染的丧尸。 同一时刻，S.T.A.R.S.队员克里斯的妹妹克莱尔，为了寻找失去音讯的哥哥也来到了莱肯市，并且也遭遇了丧尸，正是因此，两人阴错阳差的相遇了。相遇后，两人计划结伴去莱肯市警察局（S.T.A.R.S.小队的办公室位于警察局2楼），但在路途中却遭遇了车祸，两人被爆炸的油罐车所引燃的火灾分开了。两人在火焰的两边约定：各自找到去警察局的路，然后在那里碰头，于是，游戏的双剧情线由此展开。
