最近家里的单机王老爹遇到了这个问题，我也是网上查了很多解决方法但是没一个有用的。然后我在国外的网上找到了解决的方法，现在我分享给大家吧！！自己小玩了一下这个游戏还是很好玩的！！
首先感谢国外的“Sgt.Zavatzky和CANADA”2位大大。原文如下：

After the latest patch form CI, relesed 11-04-2013 the memory allocation problem should be fixed:
"- Fixed the Memory allocation Crash at the beginning of Siberian Strike DLC which was occurring on lower end machines"
There is one more thing, not described in the patch summary, but mentioned in this discussion by "CI_tech":
If you have a 32-bit system which recognizes only about 3GB of memory, or your PC has less than 4GB of RAM than you must go to the advanced graphics settings and set texture details to minimum. This should make DLC working.
As my tests showed (Intel Core 2 Quad, Vista 32-bit, 4GB RAM, GeForce GTX 460) you may set all the other graphics settings at maximum. Only texture details should be modified to get rid off this bug.
Finally: If you made and error report and were asked by CI to run game in debug mode, then you have to turn this mode off. Otherwise you will not get the patch! In my case debug mode made also the multiplayer games not working (black screen after loading the map).
这里我就翻译一下，简单来说如果你是1.06版的32位系统且内存小于4G就会遇到这个问题。我老爸的机子也是32位的所以遇到了。解决的方法就是打上1.07补丁，然后再设置里把TEXTURE调成LOW。至于为什么这个没翻译成中文，是因为经过我的测试，游侠的汉化补丁3.1和3.0在打好1.07补丁后打的话还是会遇到弹出的问题。也就是说要正常运行只能是英文版的。忍痛吧。。。原因很简单，因为解决方法是基于1.07补丁的，而汉化用到的补丁都是老版本的，汉化覆盖的文件也是老版本的，因此汉化的不行。
至于那些说1.06也能玩DLC的我估计他们不是32位系统或者内存远大于4G。

PS：最后附上专家难度的小技巧。嘛，我家老爹只打最难的模式= =嗯，就是最上面3个数字，第一个是距离，第二个是风速，最后一个是瞄准镜倍率，然后三个数字下面的一小条是风向，右边有白点就是往右吹的风。然后距离一千米就对应瞄准镜下面的大刻度一格。风俗1米就等于横向的刻度一格。嗯。
