《生化奇兵：无限》的80个录音带中，隐藏了大量的内容，要完全理解整个故事，必须理解这些内容，所以我按照Bradygames的官方攻略本，翻译了这些录音带的字幕。
由于是按照攻略本上的记载来翻译的，所以录音带的顺序按照攻略进程来排列。
其中涉及基督教的内容很多，由于我是无神论者，对基督教并不太了解，难免有错，希望大家能尽量指出我的错误。
标题：要爱罪人(Love the Sinner)
讲话者：康姆斯托克夫人（Lady Comstock）

CZ75注：按照基督教教义，人生来皆有“原罪”（sin），耶稣为上帝之子，舍身以赎人类之罪，是为大爱。但英语中提到作为救世主的耶稣时，是用加有定冠词的the Redeemer，但这里用的却是加不定冠词的a redeemer，所以不太好确定这里是否指的是耶稣基督。

CZ75注：“洗礼”（baptism）是基督教的一个重要仪式，当一个人接受洗礼后，象征他洗净了自己以前的一切罪孽，重生为新人。但是当他仍浸在洗礼之水中时，他究竟是过去那个罪人，还是得救的新人？这跟量子力学中那个思想实验“薛定谔的猫”很像，薛定谔的猫既可能是活的，也可能是死的，直到观察者对其进行观察时，它的可能性才会坍缩为唯一一种。同理，浸在洗礼之水中的受洗者，只有当现身于他人观察时，才能确定他究竟是谁。这段话恰好暗示了本作的关键概念。

CZ75注：这里的“黑人”，原文是Negro，在19世纪末20世纪初，Negro还是个“普通”的词，但随着黑人民权运动的发展，Negro已经成了一个具有贬义的词，现在再用这个词已经是“政治不正确”了，现在对着黑人说Negro，脾气好的人只会呵呵一笑，脾气不好的可能就要黑脸，如果说了更“政治不正确”的nigger的话，脾气再好的人也会跟你翻脸。“政治正确”的说法应该是“Afro-American”（非裔美国人）。

CZ75注：Father Comstock这个词组中，Father这个头衔不太好译，Father用于神职人员时，一般译为“神父”，但只有天主教和东正教才有“神父”，而康姆斯托克很明显既不尊奉梵蒂冈教皇，也不尊奉大牧首，所以不能翻译成“神父”，因此只能翻译为“长老”了。
从这次对话发生的日期来看，康姆斯托克知道自己已经活不了多久了，他知道自己要么会死于布克之手，要么就是死于癌症。

23、康姆斯托克的意识形态，是基督教原教旨主义和“美国例外论”的混合体，大致可以概括如下：美国是上帝赐给白人的新伊甸园，以华盛顿、杰斐逊和富兰克林为首的国父奉天承运，建设地上的伊甸园，准备迎接主的降临，然而“大叛教者”林肯解放黑奴，令地上世界涂炭，变成了索多玛，所以康姆斯托克要建造哥伦比亚，作为新时代的方舟，哥伦比亚公民（不用说自然只有白人才算公民）肩负着消灭地上的索多玛、迎接上帝降临的重任。
24、斯雷特上尉认识布克·德维特，因为他们一起在伤膝河屠杀过印第安人，但他不认识急速衰老的康姆斯托克，所以在斯雷特的印象中，康姆斯托克从未打过仗，镇压义和团也是斯雷特带着部下干的，康姆斯托克只是下令，而没有亲自参加战斗。
25、1912年，康姆斯托克知道自己已经时日无多，便找人来给自己写传记，但是他又全部隐瞒了自己在受洗之前的经历。
