Requirements

- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
    If you can't run SparkIV or if you are getting an error, download and install:
      http://www.microsoft.com/downloa ... &displaylang=en

- Version 1.1.0, 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 of EFLC.exe
