Adds Red Gem and Blue Gem Tools! 为游戏加入红蓝宝石制作的工具。

Recipes合成配方:
Needs Prehistahatinator 需要1级魔法，帽子戏法机。
All Red Tools are 2x nightmare fuel, 1x red gem, 4x twigs. 所有红工具都是2噩梦燃料，1红宝石，4树枝。
All Blue Tools are 2x nightmare fuel 1x blue gem, 4x twigs 所有蓝工具都是2噩梦燃料，1蓝宝石，4树枝。

Normal tools have 1 durability loss, golden tools have 0.5, these have 0.25 (the shovel is 0.1).
Golden Axe loses 4% when chopping down a big tree, Red/Blue Axe loses 2% 正常版工具掉1耐久，黄金工具掉0.5，本mod的才掉0.25，（铲子的是0.1）。黄金斧子掉4%，才砍一棵大树，红/蓝斧掉2%。
