Flashlight and Batteries 手电和电池mod

支持rog巨人王朝。就是一个当乐呵的照明物品。但是电池最大时候，照明范围几乎能全屏。其他照明mod，都做不到！

Since I was informed that the setting of ore may not satisfy everybody, I decided to publish a "pure" flashlight mod. At the same time, I will still work on the electricity mod.

Added New Item:在2级科技，炼金机器处，光源与火标签页下合成，
- Flashlight: 1 Gears, 5 Gold, 2 Purple Gem手电要1齿轮，5黄金，2紫宝石（一直开着耐久掉的挺快的）
- Batteries: 5 Gold, 5 Nitre电池要5黄金，5硝石，合成（有点贵啊）

Features:
- Once you make a flashlight, it will be your good friend at night or in cave.用于夜间或地洞照明
- It will produce super-bright light at first, but as time passes, the flashlight will lose its power.最开始特亮，之后衰减。
- If the power is low, the radius of light will decrease.照明范围也会衰减。
- When the power goes off, you need to craft some batteries to charge it.没电要上电池充电。
- 1 flashlight needs 2 batteries to be fully recharged.1手电要2电池才能充满。1个也能冲一半。
- DO NOT THROW BATTERIES INTO FIRE!
- If you have a 5-equipslots mod, you can put the flashlight in the amulet slot.如果你有5格装备栏mod，手电可以放项链装备栏。
- If you don't, you can only put it in the hat slot. (not logical, haha)，一般则是手持。原文写hat（帽子装备栏），实际测试是要手持的。
- A flashlight on the ground can be turned on or off, so it acts like the lantern.手电放地上，右击可开关发光。就像提灯，
- Each time you equip a flashlight,the light color changes!但是有bug，关闭时候拿起手电不亮，要放装备栏一下，再放手里才点亮手电。
