一般：

     *将所有区域的SKU到相同的阵容。
     *包括在单一的exe文件的所有语言的支持。

控制：

     *允许以双重控制映射键盘上。
     *新加的控制选项菜单中禁用鼠标控制直升机。
     *调整车辆的引擎盖查看键盘控制凸轮的敏感性。

多人游戏：

     *安全更新，以防止在多人作弊。
     *主机可以立即踢用户从他们的游戏在大堂，并通过手机中的游戏，而不必依赖于同行投票。
     *修正了在刑警'东经克鲁克斯模式错误其中主机会和防止辍学离开比赛的其他选手。


总结：与1.04补丁变化不大。
