三國志14 - Translate game problem

Hello I'm not chinese, i'm form VietnamThis forum have more amazing mod tool for RTK 14, so I can find this forum in the internet,
In my country has alot of three kingdoms fan. so i want to translate RTK 14 to my national language, I try to convert by some tool (ex: san14editor....), but when I type the my national language in the tool then when access the game, the game the language is ?? Character, I think the game font dont support my national language, do you know any ways for change or extract/import game font file?

romance of three kingdoms 14 doesn't localize in your language
i think the font display in game ? means game doesn't use font in your os but use font in game inside

I want make a mod, which translate english (or chinese) to vietnamese, when i enter some vietnamese character (example: Tào Tháo) to san14editor, the character auto change to (T?o Th?o) when display in the game, I think the game font doesn't support some the vietnamese character, i know some font which can support vietnamese character, so I try to replace game font to another font
