Additional alignment adjustments for Keyboard Controls custom menu
Alignment fixes for Save/Load/Overwrite prompt windows
Fixed the save game prompt that would show as “&d” in Italian instead of the proper save slot number.
Interface
Replaced legacy button icons with the correct current button icon style.
Customize Menu
Controller “Start” button mislabeled as “Select”
Restoring Default Keyboard will no longer bind keys to the Numpad.

NOTE: AVG anti-virus false positive issue was resolved earlier this week.
