以下是本周官网的"MOD聚焦"栏目中，官论2POC对作者Vikestart的采访内容：
2POC: First of all, please introduce your mod to the community. What is the main goal of the mod?
Vikestart: This is a very big mod with the name; Red Alert 3 Resurrection. It introduces four new factions; Yuri, Germany, Federation, and FutureTech. The story is set right after the events of the Red Alert 3 Uprising expansion pack and the story is really focused around Yuri and the unknown. The main goal of the mod is to expand the game widely so that there will be a lot of factions, units, structures, and missions to chose from, but also to show you an alternative conclusion of Yuri and his story.
2POC: How far along is the mod in development?
Vikestart: The mod is progressing, but is not complete at the moment. Our team consists of over 25 good and some professional team members. Updates have been standing still this summer because I was not available. We've started to gain speed again, as I'm reaching my team members and everything is moving forward again.
2POC: What changes can we expect to see?
Vikestart: Over 200 new units and structures, 60 new missions in a single storyline, four new factions, lots of new maps, possibly new full motion videos either made with camera and people or program based, a bunch of new protocols, and an updated Artificial Intelligence.
2POC: I see you have been releasing new unit models. Are you going to release all the unit models over time?
Vikestart: Yes, we're demonstrating our entire progress at ModDB as often as possible, but it is possible that we will change to putting out either weekly or monthly updates.
2POC: What other updates do you plan on posting on your website?
Vikestart: We are using our website (http://www.cncreality.com) to post information and details about the factions over time. Expect more info released soon.
2POC: I see you may have some new music in your mod. What kind of music can we expect?
Vikestart: We're focusing on old-school Frank Klepacki music.
2POC: On your ModDB page, it says you are an open team. What kind of help are you looking for?
Vikestart: We're open for everyone no matter what they want to work as, though they have to be experienced in what they wish to do. We cannot allow newbies because the mod is and will always be dependent on the team's experience and will.
2POC: What challenges do you face in the months ahead?
Vikestart: A lot of work. We need to get units and structure into the game as soon as possible. Coding and skinning will be the hardest part of all that.
2POC: Has it been hard balancing so many of the mod’s factions?
Vikestart: No, not at all. We've been enjoying that and right now it all seems perfect. Just have to wait until the factions are complete before we can start the real balancing.
2POC: HOW FUN IS THIS MOD!?
Vikestart: Well, it should be quite fun to play! That's one of our goals, to make the mod enjoyable =)
