This patch is incremental, so you will be required to have Patch 1.2 installed in order to install 1.3. The most notable additions to this patch are the /record and /demo commands which allow you to record and view your MP matches for submission to tournaments, leagues, etc.

Notes:
1) /record and /demo enabled in MP.
2) Server Log File improvements, including:
>>Team Names on Kill loglines.
>>Round Win and Loss.
>>Timestamps.
>>Additional action logging (took flag, destroyed headquarters, planted bomb, etc).
3) Improved sound initialization for Vista - fixes loss of sound for audio devices set higher than 16 bit 48000 Hz.
4) Screenshots no longer overwrite each other.
5) Tweaked autobalance on select game modes.
本1.3补丁增加了：
1：/record命令和/demo命令现在可以在多人游戏中使用了
2：对服务器日志文件进行改进，将会记录：
3：玩家的战队名将会记录在日志的杀敌记录行上。
4：每个回合胜负与否。
5：记录时间信息。
6：其他的一些重要时间的记录（抢旗，摧毁HQ，放砸弹之类的）
7：Vista系统下改进声音系统-修复了在声卡设置为16位48000赫兹或者更高时，没有声音的BUG.
8：截图不会再会互相覆盖
9：对自动平衡队伍进行了细微的调整

方法一：
>>Right-click on the Volume icon in the taskbar (next to the clock, looks like a speaker)
>>任务栏上右击音量小图标
>>Select ‘Playback Devices’
>>选择“回放设备”
>>Right-click on your preferred playback device (i.e. Speakers, Headphones, etc.)
>>右击你首选设备（扬声器，耳机等）
>>Select ‘Properties’, then click the ‘Advanced’ tab
>>选“属性”，点击“高级”标签
>>Set the Default Format here to ‘16bit,44100Hz(CD Quality)’

方法二：仅供高级用户
>>Right-click on My Computer and select ‘Manage’

>>Select Device Manager and expand ‘Sound, video, and games controllers’

>>Uninstall listed Audio Drivers then reboot the computer

>>Vista will now auto-reinstall the on-board sound
