竟然有这么多外国的补丁，实在不知道选哪个好了，楼主能不能推荐下。我现在在用的是GA的。

截止到2009年2月，由于GACP与EP两大补已经比较完美，很多小组的补丁都基本停止更新，像Burgum等小组，但其他国家本国联赛的补丁当然仍有更新，像中国有中超补丁一样，但那些补丁的语言也很”地区“的
不少朋友也有特殊需要，想换换口味，如玩巴西联赛，意乙等，以后本贴将更新一些比较好的具地方色彩的存档和补丁

2月7日更新 IBK Patch 4.0 update 1.2，完整冬季转会

更新土耳其联赛补丁 PES 2009 PESTurka 09

更新目前最好的一个巴西联赛补丁。里面完整包括Brasileirão Série A和 Série B，而且球场球衣等等基本啥都有了，容量比较大
这是shaq8888兄弟要的南美补丁，以前我在他的帖子中发过，现在转到这里来

这些补丁对于绝大多数国内玩家都是没用的，只适合像shaq兄弟那样的想尝鲜的特殊玩家
他们跟GACP与EP不是同一个级别的

哇~~~~~这么冷门的联赛补丁也有啊！无所不能的UU总是会带来惊喜。貌似这个帖子都沉了好久，现在又出现了，绝对值得兴奋啊~~~~这可是我使用PES09的第一大补丁贴哦。

Installation
Delete All The Patch You Have Installed Before To Avoid Bugs
1. Patch the game to version 1.20 then go to System Settings and press Download
2. Extract the patch file
3. Copy kiterver folder to where you installed PES 2009 (Default is C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009)
4. Go to your kitserver folder and run setup.exe then press Install
5. Copy save folder to My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009
6. Enjoy!!

UU啊 其实说真的我挺喜欢南美足球的! 不过我看了巴西联赛和GA的对比！当然是GA好太多了！他是一个综合补丁各方面非常到位,巴西联赛稍微做了粗了点,总体还行吧！

Version 09/02/13 released!!!

Changes from v.09.01.19 to v.09.02.13
+ Transfers up to date 11.02.2009.
+ Some players were improved according to latest SerieA, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga and League1 matches.
+ About 30 missing players were added.
+ All remarks from a forum are processed(19.01.2009 - 12.02.2009).
+ Gameplay is corrected.
+ Ratings.xls file was updated(ratings now correspond to that present in 2009/02/13 option files).
+ List of updated players(from v.09.01.19 to v.09.02.13): VIEW (274 players)

This OF will BE REGULAR(about time in 2 matchdays) UPDATED!

Main difference of this OF from all others: skills of ALL players is fully reedited(no any Fm-convert's and other nonsense - all was done exceptionally in MANUAL method). This process is done in accordance with that took place in last 2 seasons. + Changes are constantly done, depending on that takes place now in the real football.

In comparison, for example, with pesstatsdatabase.com, this is engaged only by ONE person in all, that as a result by LEVELS increases quality of final product, since:

1) All players in teams and all teams in leagues are normalised among themselves.
2) There are no the players created by any passers-by.
If something undertakes from any other sources, before it gets in OF, it passes careful author's processing. (Not to break current balance of forces).

Second difference of this OF from all others, not most main, but most noticeable(visible): gameplay is close to the simulation(due to the global change of player's skills).

...It enabled to obtain a maximum of likeness of PES2009 on a real football (both in part of gameplay and in part of likeness of differences are in style of play and force of teams and players with their real prototypes) in a "PvP mode", or "against CPU(also with controled only one player)", or "CPUvCPU(spectator mode)".


This OF, establishing absolutely new quality standards in the field of OFmaking(possibility to establish the given standards has appeared only thanking to "PRO-EVO Editor" from "goldorakiller"), sets as the purpose:
1) To make the game as much as possible realistic.
2) As much as possible to staticize game(skills of players vary practically after each match, depending on their performances; also the players injured now in a life are considered have CONDITION=1 and INJURY=C; are considered the current form, long disqualification, etc.)

....And to become for this things the international standard for competitions both in online, and in clubs/offline.

AI simulator - Hard gameplay against CPU and Realistic simulation for ultra long matches(20-30min)
AI balanced - Hard gameplay against CPU for 15min matches(optimal for ML and Cups)
PvP simulator - Optimal gameplay for PvP with Realistic simulation
PvP balanced - More funny(with more easy attacking) gameplay for PvP


This patch contains also all necessary graphics:
Kits for all teams(current season).
Logos of teams and leagues.
Faces of RPL and Bundesliga players.

This patch does not pursue populist things, like weighty graphic additions. It has more powerful argument to win popularity - It's a quality of game process(i.e. OF). Probably that in a future this patch will be weightier(with Chants, Stadiums, etc.), but meanwhile and such variant more than is sufficient.

直接使用就可以的了，他的补丁没有助威音乐球场等大件东西，所以不会太大的

KNOWN PROBLEMS:

Some times game won’t load. If that hapends you must start the game in window mode.

When playing some of the Cups you might get one or more Austrian teams in it with no players in them. Solutions:
1. Randomly replace all Austrian teams with some other teams from that continent
2. If you are playing WC or Euro and you have one Austrian team replace it with normal Austrian team (because it most likely won’t have players in it)
