看到个Metro 2033的资源3.6G,请问这是一个完整的游戏文件不？

.     最近想下个Metro 2033游戏，看到V站和本站的都是5、6G的个头，小水管太难下了些，乱逛看到个资源，只有3.6G的，但不知这是否一个完整的Metro 2033 的游戏文件？请各位大大看一下，
    先是这个资源的说明文件内容：

              INSTRUCTIONS

the freeware FREEARC need to be installed to extract the arc file

QUICK NOTE : after the launch of the game , a nvidia drivers message
             will show up , just click ok , the game will run perfectly .

IMPORTANT : NOT REC COMENDED TOUCH THE VIDEO CONFIGURATION INSIDE THE GAME ,
            TO PLAY IS OK ANYWAY LIKE THAT , THANK YOU .

1  extract METRO 2033.exe in the main folder of the file
2  move the extracted folder to the desktop
3  start the game with metro2033.exe
4  PLAY THE GAME !!!

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS :

note : the way that is file is worked have a good chance for video cards from lower series run the game

       请问这个资源能用不，看里面这个文件的格式是arc后缀的，也没见有EXE的文件，不知怎么个用法的？那位如果需要这个资源文件等下我找到连上来。

我不知道是不是真的
不過看它說要用FREEARC 解壓
網上查了一下FREEARC的介紹說能比7-zip的壓縮率更高
猜想的話應該是真的
