      球员属性可分为随能力增加而增加的属性和不随能力增加而增加的属性，随能力增加而增加的属性可按属性增加的速度分为两种。
      不随能力增加而增加的属性有如下：适应性、野心、忠诚、压力、职业、决心、体育精神、火爆和争辩，以及非守门员位置的守门员属性，各位置属性；才华、肮脏、稳定、大赛发挥、多面性、受伤倾向和体质。
      随能力增加而增加较慢的属性有速度，爆发，平衡和灵活4种有氧训练属性以及左右脚属性。随能力增加而增加较大的属性有全部技术属性、创造、预判、决断、位置感、无球、镇定、集中、影响、勇敢、团队、投入、力量、耐力、弹跳共28项。前一大类的属性的增长难度大致为后一大类的一倍。
