Controlling the SupernaturalIt has been confirmed by Guru’s that players will now have the ability to control which and how many of each supernatural runs about in town. This new feature also includes controlling Celebrities and Vampires from Late Night.
New LotsIt has been mentioned that there is an all new ” Witches Arena” where witches can race with their magic brooms. There is no confirmation at this time if this really is a new lot, but updates will be made when new info is available.

Create A Sim FeaturesPlayers have the new ability to create werewolves, fairies, witches and more intriguing vampires directly in the Create A Sim tool, customizing characteristics that range from the hairiness of a werewolf’s body to the shape and color of a fairy’s wings. The newest sliders are for all Sims (supernatural and regular) and players can also create Supernatural Children in CAS.

 The photos below were captured when super patch 1.32 leaked Supernatural Info, and I have added them for reference. CAS sliders and options will probably be different in the final game.

New Skills♦ Alchemy – Curse or charm your Sims’ lives with powerful spells, volatile elixirs and magical abilities in a world of strange happenings, spooky surprises and even the occasional zombie attack. Players have the option to learn magical crafts by casting spells and brewing elixirs that will charm or hex their Sims’ lives.
Both supernatural and ordinary Sims can build their skill as an alchemist and mix dozens of elixirs with a variety of powerful effects, then share these enchanted brews with any friends who have The Sims 3.
These potent concoctions have a wide variety of effects from career-boosting to weight loss and even zombification. The zombification elixir will turn unsuspecting Sims into brain-hungry, shuffling monsters that are driven to wreak havoc on the town.
♦ Lycanthropy (werewolves) - Enables werewolves to transform between human and werewolf forms at will, so long as they can control their animalistic instincts.
♦ Hunting (werewolves) - Info Pending
Elixirs (Potions of the Alchemy Skill)However you choose to play, you can opt to dabble in magical crafts, building your career as a mystic fortune teller or developing your alchemic skills to brew elixirs with potent effects. Elixirs give you the power to turn other Sims into zombies, boost your learning abilities to acquire skills faster and more.
The elixirs are made with existing collectibles (gems, metals, insects, harvestables, etc) and some new Supernatural ones. Werewolves can also hunt for these special collectibles.
♦ Zombification: Mix a special elixir to create shuffling, brain-hungry monsters of your very own. Chomp on other Sims to spread the love and wreak havoc. Don’t fret, you can always concoct an elixir to change your Sims back.

New Traits♦ Supernatural Skeptic - Sims who possess this trait dislike anything that has to do with the supernatural. They prefer things that aren’t too different from their current understanding and will go to great lengths to let supernatural Sims know how they feel.

Lifetime WishesThe Sims 3 Supernatural also introduces new lifetime wishes. For instance, witches may wish to become a master of dark magic or a master of light magic, depending on whether they cast curses or charms. Fairies may wish to become the ultimate trickster and werewolves may wish to rise to be the leader of the pack.

Lunar CycleThe newest gameplay feature is the Lunar Cycle and its effects on Sims in The Sims 3 Supernatural. Players will notice strange happenings, enchanted transformations and effects on magical potency as the moon changes its phases.
The new Moon Dial object, keeps track of the lunar cycle, and is important if one of your werewolf Sims happens to be on a date. You can also customize the lunar cycle in order to control its duration.

Werewolves♦ Can hunt Collectibles
♦ Lunar Cycle
♦ The lunar cycle is important, especially if one of your werewolf Sims happens to be on a date. After all, transforming into a hairy beast under a full moon during a date is not ideal for making romance blossom (unless, of course, your date is also a werewolf).
♦ The howl of the werewolves can be heard from afar. Especially during the full moon.
