有谱没？DICE又称主机才是《战地3》的主导平台

《战地3》一度给大家如《孤岛危机》般的印象，捍卫PC领域的最后阵地，不过目前似乎形势有变。DICE总经理Karl Magnus Troedsson在最近一次采访中表示主机平台才是《战地3》的主导游戏平台。
你没听错，他是这么说的。不过谁都知道，DICE在最初是如何正义凌然的鼓吹要重视PC，PC将是《战地3》的主导平台。但为什么变卦了呢？
Karl表示：“我们在最开始的时候是说过PC平台是《战地3》的主导游戏平台，但是在具体的游戏制作过程中，我们是以主机平台为主导的，为了能让游戏在各个平台顺利发售。”
不管怎样，DICE能最终给大家带来一个完美的《战地3》才是最重要的。只不过我们也见证了DICE及EA在造势上有多“狡猾”，厚颜不能当饭吃。

Battlefield 3 lead platform 'switched to consoles' mid-development
Battlefield 3's lead development platform "switched" to consoles in mid-production, DICE GM Karl-Magnus Troedsson has confirmed.
The DICE boss shared the news in the latest issue of PSM3, where he revealed that despite Battlefield 3 looking very much like a shooter designed for advanced PC hardware, the latter stages of Battlefield 3's construction lead on PS3 and Xbox 360 in order to meet release on time.

"We said originally that the PC was the lead SKU of the game, but in mid-production we switched to console as lead platform to make sure we could get all the versions done for release," Troedsson confirmed.

"Our ambition at DICE is to use the power of each individual platform to get the most out of the game," he added.

"In the case of the PS3... I understand that if you compare it to a high-end PC, it's not going to look as good. But if you compare it to other games on the PS3, including other games we've done previously, I have to say I'm very happy with how it looks.

"Hopefully people will agree when they look at it in the same way."

Battlefield 3 ‘not going to look as good’ as a high-end PC on PlayStation 3 according to DICE               

DICE, the developers behind Electronic Arts’ best-selling game of all time, Battlefield 3, have come forward and stated that console version of the games are not going to look as good as their high-end PC counterparts.
While this is nothing unexpected, seeing how DICE claimed all along that the modern military first-person shooter was designed with PCs as its lead platform, there was another twist in the tale as the studio conceded that they had switched from PCs to consoles  as their lead platform half way through the production phase.
Before the story and DICE’s words are misinterpreted it would be a wise choice to add some context to the situation.
The current generation of consoles are have reached their maturity stage in their product lifecycle as consumers and developers are both looking forward to what the next generation of video game consoles have to offer. PCs however, have the benefit of being  able to be easily, though not always cheaply, upgraded and adapted.
This means that what is happening now was always bound to happen as PCs have overtaken consoles in terms of the output they can provide in terms of memory and graphics.
Karl-Magnus Troedsson, the General Manager at DICE, explained, “In the case of the PS3 (PlayStation 3)...I understand that if you compare it to a high-end PC, it’s not going to look as good.”
It was a bold statement from the GM however he also pointed out that the game would deliver more than other games on the console at the same time, “But if you compare it to the other game on the PS3, including other games we’ve (DICE) done previously, I  have to say I’m very happy with how it looks.”
The General Manager also admitted that DICE had to switch the lead platform for the game’s development from PCs to consoles in order to stay on schedule and ensure that the game was met the release deadline set by its publisher:
“We said originally that the PC was the lead SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the game, but in mid-production we switched to console as lead platform to make sure we could get all the versions done for release.”
DICE had been under fire from console gamers who believed that they were getting the short end of the stick with an inferior, trimmed version of the game as compared to PC gamers. However, both the developer and the publisher, EA, came out and stated that  they were merely optimising it to keep it within the limits of each system; a statement which Troedsson reiterated when he said, "Our ambition at DICE is to use the power of each individual platform to get the most out of the game.”
So far it seems that gamers are satisfied with Battlefield 3 as it is selling in huge numbers since its release.

我倒觉得无所谓。同行之间的挑衅比较龌龊，至于DICE怎么看待战地3是人家的自由。你爱买不买。

从这次BF3明显为TV党做的联机我就看出来了。也是好事。妈逼一味迎合PC党和BF2饭，结果搞得销量比孤岛1还烂的话，就没BF4了

LS的显然不了解历届战地系列PC版的销量，零头那是COD PC版！！！！！！！
