我的毕业设计题目是网游数据后台的设计 ,现在学校说还得有一篇2000字的英文资料翻译,内容是和毕设题目相关的。小弟英文水平实在不敢恭维,特来向游侠众求助~随便找一篇关于网游(和谐)行业的研究文章或报告,链接发帖子里就行~感激不尽啊!!!!!

我3月份已经在网上买过一份完整的毕设了  只不过后来在公司实习遇到了更合适的题目   求助啊求助啊  2000字的关于网络游戏的英文资料~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

游龄20年,PC掌机主机全平台制霸,博爱全类型游戏。有妹子,缺基友,本着有福同享有妹同乐(老婆你看不到)的精神,真心求搞基,求同样博爱的知音,厌倦了玩一个游戏就得加一个群然后就得一直面对一群只玩这一个游戏的人……

In 2010, the UK video games industry was worth £4.65bn — a 2.8% rise on the previous year. The market has seen consistent growth over the last few years, with the exception of 2009, when market value fell by 5.7%. This was principally down to a lack of new products and the economic crisis, which caused consumers to reign in their spending on unnecessary items, such as video games.

The range of consoles on the market at present has become somewhat stagnant in recent years and, as a result, the three main console manufacturers — Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft — have reacted by releasing extensions of their consoles that incorporate motion-sensitive technology, e.g. the Xbox Kinect. This new type of technology has proved extremely popular with consumers, although, a new generation of consoles will be needed in the next few years in order for market value to continue to improve.

Since their release in 2007, smartphones have increased in popularity and provided a boost to market value. The hugely successful iPhone and Android phone ranges have been the main reasons behind the accelerated uptake of mobile phone gaming. Thousands of games are now available to download for free, while others can be bought to download at the relatively cheap price of 59 pence (p) or more. Although this price is a fraction of the price of dedicated console games, the volume of mobile phone games sold is much larger.

However, like other similar creative industries, the market is suffering at the hands of Internet piracy. As a result, the industry has invested heavily in preventing consumers from downloading free copies of video games from the Internet by including a chip in consoles that disables this type of piracy. This new form of secure technology has been evident across the current generation of consoles and is expected to become even more sophisticated in the future.

The UK is one of the largest consumers and producers of video games in the world. It sits alongside the US, Japan and other European countries, as one of the highest spenders on video games. The UK is the leading force in terms of video games development in Europe, and is home to 48 of the world’s top 100 development studios according to games developer, develop100.com.

The video games market is forecast to see considerable growth in terms of value over the next 5 years, rising by 23.3% from £4.7m in 2011 to £5.8m in 2015. Furthermore, the next generation of consoles are expected to be released over the coming years, which should provide additional boosts to market value during the forecast period.

A series of new reports from DFC Intelligence forecasts worldwide video game and interactive entertainment industry revenue to reach $57 billion in 2009. This forecast includes revenue from video game hardware and software, dedicated portable system hardware and software, PC games, and online PC and console games in 25 countries. According to DFC, there are now 11 countries that have annual video game revenue in excess of $1 billion.

With high spending on expensive hardware and a slumping economy, there was some concern that consumers would not have enough money to buy software products. This does not appear to be the case. "Consumer spending on software is at record levels and the game business seems to actually benefit from a recession because games are a relatively cheap form of home entertainment," said DFC analyst David Cole.

The report forecasts sales for each of the major game platforms. The Nintendo Wii is expected to be the number one selling console system of this generation. "The Wii does not appear to be a fad and it has the chance to be one of the best selling systems of all-time," says Cole. However, that does not mean the other systems will not do well. The Sony PlayStation 3 is expected to equal the Wii in annual software sales by 2012. Meanwhile, the Microsoft Xbox 360 remains a leading player in some of the top markets, most notably the U.S. and U.K.

Another new DFC report, Video Game Genre Forecasting, takes a look at expected sales by platform and genre for the next two years using multiple assumptions about product features, licenses, development and marketing budgets and consumer usage trends. "With multiple platforms establishing healthy installed bases there is a growing need to look at potential sales on a given platform based on not just aggregate hardware sales, but also game type," says analyst Jeremy Miller. "The Wii not only has unique features and a broad demographic appeal, but Nintendo is dominant as a software publisher. For many third party publishers this means they will have much greater success on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, even if Wii sales continue to be strong."

With all the talk about game console systems, surprisingly the number one platform for games in 2007 was the personal computer. According to the new Online Game Market Forecasts report, PC online game revenue alone passed $7 billion in 2007, not including retail sales. Total PC game revenue is expected to reach $19 billion by 2013.
