Problem solved !!!

I have replaced the older File called patch_mp.ff against a newer one, Download of the newer one you can find here:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5F69928P

Delete old and replace with the new one in following Path:

D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\zone\german (for you english)
