血钱安装出现问题

安装不了,出现
  Please do the following:
        - Close any running programs
        - Empty your temporary folder
        - Check your Internet connection(Internet - based  Setups)
Then try run the Setup again.

Error code -5001
把C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime下的文件都删除了还是没用！~
