Football Manager 2011 - the game expected by huge community in the world. What should we expect from it in the next season? Revolutional or evolutional changes? These and row of other interesting questions stay in minds of many people. It's time to try answering on them!

Being only manager

Some guys are pretty sad that they still have no opportunity to become a chairman in Football Manager 2010. They say it would be good to have such kind of feature in the game. But it's easy to reject these somewhat weird suggestions. The game is named Football Manager - it's intended to provide a coach simulation with transfers and contracts control in real football life. It's very important point actually. If you'd become a chairman in the game it should be named Football Chairman 2011!

Better 3D

Good looking 3D mode is certain breakthrough in the game series. Currently it is implemented very well. But as always there are some parts that can be improved. For instance, the following stupid-looking errors have to be fixed: wrong flag direction by line referee, "magnetic goalkeeper hands". Additionally everyone would be glad to see more beautiful 3D rendering of pitch, players, coaches. Another often asked option is better 3D performance for low-end video cards. So Sports Interactive Games (Football Manager development team) should pay enough attention to this point.

More football statistics

It's quite obviously that statistics in FM 2010 is made excellently. Though its details could get to a higher level in Football Manager 2011. It would be great if developers add an opportunity to view all player's goals, shots, passes, headers for any season (not only current one). Another great statistical feature to have is viewing training progress of player for his whole history in the game instead of 1 year.

Last but not least

Minor changes were a pet-subject in FM series always. Of course, we expect many new small features in the next Football Manager game. Some of them can be enumerated just right now: new ways to interact with fans, ability to influence on youth academy, scouting map (when you see the world map with scouts assigned to different countries or areas), better press conferences and maybe some new tactical options.

If they provide abovementioned changes we will receive the best football manager game in history. No doubt it will be sold even better than previous version making income record for Sports Interactive Games. Everyone will be happy as a result!

你开玩笑吧，fifa和pes的2011只是公布了而已，fm2011压根就没有正式宣布，你这段英文只是玩家的期待罢了，发行日期每年都差不多的

惯例，最早10月，最晚圣诞节，这个游戏完全不用去提前打探消息。

而我本人，一般都是等到春节过后，官方第三个补丁出来，汉化包完善才开始玩。

完全同意这个观点
一般都是等到皮肤、头像包、官方补丁出道一定程度才开始玩

感觉每次出FM下一款，都好像是在上一代中打了个大补丁，要不感觉是资料片，反正没有太大的新意。

FM系列的拥趸们应该打起精神了，做好准备迎接系列的新一代作品——《Football Manager 2011》。它的正式发售日就在10月底，距今只有两个月不到的时间。在这短短的时间里，我们当然还可以预热一下，看看新的FM究竟会有如何的变化。是有期待中的改变，还是会有一些无聊的噱头？

　　其实对于优秀的游戏来说，噱头并无伤大雅，特别是像FM这种本身相当朴实的作品，多一点花边类的东西也未尝不是好事。不过FM的制作者英国公司 Sports Interactive一向作风严谨，不到必要时很难会做出翻天覆地的变革。而这一次的《FM2011》，我们从封面上来看也会感觉到它在遵循传统——依然是一个手持足球的人物，没有露出面部。只不过这次的人物模特稍有变化，黑色的风衣、唏嘘的胡渣，有时看上去像是穆里尼奥，有时又有点像瓜迪奥拉。

　　除了表面的东西，SI目前也已经公布了游戏的一些内在变化，包括发布会内容的调整、新训练系统和新的转会系统等等。其中最具体的一条变动是英超的注册将会改变。在《FM2010》中，游戏就已经引入了英超25人注册制度，但当时的设定是只有报名的25人可以得到固定的号码，而新作将会调整为注册和号码分离，也就是说没有注册的年轻球员上场时也可以有固定的号码。当然，这一变化很微小，对不玩英超的玩家更是没有影响。不过它能从侧面看到《FM2011》制作的状况，因为英超新注册制度是今年才正式实施的，《FM2011》立刻据此进行调整，可见SI与时俱进的态度。

　　至于变化最大的几个方面，目前给出的资料还比较空泛，我们只能根据文字信息去猜测。比如《FM2011》将会有经纪人这一点是已经确定的，但这些虚拟的经纪人究竟如何在游戏中发挥作用，目前还是个疑问。另外新作还将引入“即时谈判系统”。对这一改动SI并没有做出太多的解释，不过从前也有其他的游戏推出过所谓的“即时谈判”，既玩家开出条件后电脑AI的反应立刻可见，相信《FM2011》的新系统也不会和这有太大的差别。

　　训练系统也将会有较大的调整。据称除了加入更多的单项训练内容之外，《FM2011》还将引入特殊战术训练，比如加强全队对某个区域的攻击能力的训练，或者是特定的战术训练等等。

　　从前CM和FM都有过不少bug战术，不知道这种特定战术训练会不会让玩家开发出更多的变态玩法。当然不管结果如何，这种贴近现实的改动都是值得期待的。另外SI还表示他们有能力将这种强化的特定战术在游戏的比赛中表示出来。在《FM2011》中，比赛球员的动作类型也将大幅度增多，包括庆祝动作也将会有多种多样的变化。

　　此外，新闻发布会、转会传闻、董事会意见等人机交流内容也将会大幅度强化。据称除了会增加150多种问题之外，回答对球队、球员的影响也会更加地细致化。也许对于一些游戏时间非常长的玩家来说，这些调整并不重要（因为要很快略过对话），不过下面的信息就要注意了：SI将会调整新作中随机新人生成的机制。按照制作者透露的信息，《FM2011》的随机新人将会有一定的地域性，因为系统会根据国家的不同来确定球员的大致风格。有了如此改动，相信有些离谱的情况，比如英格兰遍地中场艺术大师，就不会再频繁发生了。

　　说到地域差别，经理型游戏也是有的，比如FM就有英国式的守旧感，而必杀技、虚构的隐藏高手这些东方人喜爱的东西则是《创造球会》的特点。单是西方的游戏中，也有感觉和FM完全不同的，比如EA的《FIFA Manager》。后者以华丽取胜，不仅界面绚丽多彩，3D的比赛引擎更是同类产品中画质最强。这不免让人想起美国人的风格，不过别误会，EA虽然是美国公司，《FIFA Manager11》的制作人却是德国人。另外游戏主打的代言人也是位德国名帅——目前执教沙尔克04的马加特。

　　习惯了FM的你如果想多寻找点新鲜感，《FIFA Manager 11》其实也可以拿来试试。尽管后者的比赛判定机制不是那么严谨，对战术的表现力也远不如FM系列，不过这却是个可以完全掌控俱乐部经济的游戏，赞助商、门票、球场……一切几乎都可以由玩家你决定。有兴趣的话，也是等到10月底。《FM2011》上市的同时，《FIFA Manager2011》也将在欧美地区发售。
