在官方坛上看了一个老外的文章, 觉得挺有意思
现在的游戏都把亮点放在 " 变的更强, 更坏, 沿这那路, 杀了boss, 拿到战利品, 整个游戏只是重覆这点" 我认为游戏的性质不是纯为了杀虐成了怪胎, 所以现在大家都在投诉"这游戏太容易了, 只需用几个小时将铁匠技能推上顶, 就可随意虐怪了"
喜爱漫步到山上看风景的 = 怪胎
不做某些任务因该任务不符合你所扮演的角色=怪胎
这不是网上的PVP游戏, 所以技能不用平衡=怪胎
某些事情不如你所愿的发生了, 你依然承担下来而不是 reload = 怪胎
不用最强的盔甲和武器 =
怪胎
很明显上面的是个人喜好的问题, 但让我们这群认真玩角色扮演的玩家感到失落你这种玩法 (注意推技能虐怪的方式)将错过了游戏中最美妙的时光
上古系列中最美妙的元素是自由度, 你跟据你所扮演的角色去认识这个Bethseda 所提供的游戏世界
Bethseda打动了众多如我这样有清晰的角色扮演心态的玩家, 同时也十分聪明的在大众玩家市场上做到平衡
如果你已玩了几部上古游戏你自然会明白上面的论点, 这次天际依然在自由度上满足了骨灰级的角色扮演玩家, 虽然在一些地方上不如我意, 但我明白这是为了大众市场
如果你只注重如何建立一个强大的角色, 尝试一下让你角色自由的成长, 用你所扮演的角色的思维去做出反应, 虽然你的角色不是太强大, 但你会体现到最美妙的游戏时光
最后游戏只是启发你想像力的工具, 而不是去责怪的工具
Modern games now focus on "get bigger, badder, follow the rails, kill the boss, get the McGuffin, end the game", I think the concept of a game that you don't HAVE to beat is somewhat alien. Hence the "its too easy cuz I spent hours just min/maxing my smithing and now I kill things easy!" complaints.
The idea of strolling over to a hill to take in the view = alien
The idea of missing out on quests because they don't suit the character = alien
The idea that this is not a playerkilling MMO and the skills don't HAVE to be balanced = alien
The idea that if something happens you wish didn't, you live with the consequences instead of reload = alien
The idea of not using the most powerful armor and weapons you possibly can = alien
Obviously, these are personal things, but the reason players who take roleplaying in games seriously get so upset is that we are genuinely sad that you are missing out on some truly powerful gaming moments by not taking things as they come.
Some of the most powerful parts of Oblivion were unscripted (even more so in Morrowind, which is WHY people say its the best game, because it simply allowed you to BE who you wanted to be), but were lived through my perception of my character at the time, and this is exactly what Bethseda attempt to provide.
Bethseda strike me as those who have a clear concept of what it is to have a truly immersive experience in a game, but smart enough to streamline things enough to appeal to a mass market.
It obviously helped if you have played games like these for a long time, but Skyrim has truly delivered the sort of game old RPG's dream of, its not perfect to my taste, as there are concessions made I'd rather weren't, but I understand the game wouldn't sell well if they did it my way only.
If you have always focused to making the most powerful character you can, give letting the character evolve naturally a go, making decisions that make sense to them. You won't be more powerful.. but there is a chance, you'll have a more powerful experience.
The game is a tool for your imagination, a bad RPG Gamer always blames the tools. |
