这个已经不算是个新的东西了，只是全战区这边许久没看到关于旗帜更新帖喽
补丁出于5.1大补之后即1.2补丁之后，是有段时间喽但东西不错值得推荐！
这个补丁我是蛮喜欢的，更新了所有起始国家的旗帜，部分非主流国家的旗帜（包括陆、海军，掌棋手的旗帜）
虽然没有了飘动的效果但那种陈旧感，更体现出帝国时代的历史沧桑！赞一个！此补丁虽老但依然支持目前所有
帝国升级（包括1.31）
安装也很简单
把realistic_flag_set_v12.pack放到date目录下，然后用mod manager打开自动加载，或者参考模组安装方法
在你的WindowsXP)     在X:\Documents and Settings\[你的用户名]\Application Data\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts\ 下
(Windows Vista) 在X:\Users\[你的用户名]\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts 下
建一个文件名为user.empire_script.txt 空白的TXT的文件，AppData这个是隐藏文件，要在文件夹属性里把查看\显示隐藏文件打开才能看到
在user.empire_script.txt 记事本里添加 mod "realistic_flag_set_v12.pack"; 也可见效

The Realistic Flag Set aims to address historical inaccuracies in E:TW through a comprehensive collection of campaign, army and navy flags; approximating the great variety of designs used by the powers of the time to represent themselves officially and to wage war on land and at sea. The flags are based on research and provided on all levels of the game, including the user interface and diplomacy screens. Artistically, the aim is to make all the flags to the same standard as the game's original material.
The emphasis is on what would have been realistic or plausible at the time the game starts: 1700. Where definite information is unavailable or impossible (in the case of republics or monarchies that never came into existence, for instance), an educated guess will be made - also in the case of regimental flags that need to represent many historical variations. This is an ongoing debate: We are always open to new insights and opinions and we welcome any contributions to the thread.
The 1.2 version of this flag set provides flags for all the major powers, both as monarchies and republics, and for some selected minor nations. The remaining powers will be tackled in upcoming versions. Below is an overview of the nations affected by this mod.

Installation

Place the .pack file into your \data directory and load it with Mod Manager (see link below). I recommend making sure this pack loads at the top of the list. It should not conflict with gameplay-only modifications such as DarthMod.
If you have version 1.1 installed, remove it from your \data directory. It contains older flags that might interfere with the newer, better and more accurate ones.

Note: In the case of France and Austria, the portrait and interface flags currently have coats of arms that are not present on the campaign map. They symbolize the personal status of the French king, and of the Austrian ruler in his capacity as Holy Roman Emperor.

其中海军文件解压后只要把naval_flag_conversion.pack这个文件提取
还有个是早期版本的MOD管理器别去用它
图片我就不上喽等以后找到再说
这个早期版本只改了掌旗手的旗帜，有兴趣朋友又不喜欢全部替换旗帜的可以下载着试试
就是不知道支持最新版本的升级否

12楼我已更新了新的旗帜MOD的版本，也已上传国内网盘大家下载着看看吧

第一一定要把解压出的 realistic_flag_set_v12.pack文件放到date目录下
之后你干脆用简易设定法：

还有不知你以前装过其他旗帜的MOD和皮肤MOD否？这个东西貌似和其他旗帜MOD不兼容，和皮肤MOD特别不兼容（如果装过建议删除皮肤MOD试试）！

旗帜MOD1.5升级版（目前支持1.4升级，1.5升级还未验证希望有升级成功者帮忙验证）还要说明下该MOD作者与1.2MOD作者不是同一人。这个MOD的作者脑子不知锈掉喽还是咋的，真实旗帜MOD 1.5中没有国家全开的话主流国家中英格兰和波兰的旗子没有变动，非主流国家中有好几个国家的旗子又换了，不知为啥不在1.2作者的基础上增加，非得把一些主流国家初始的旗帜又改回去了，而主流国家旗帜不是没改而是改动到革命后去喽，注意看下面的那个图示你就会发现！唉现在我是1.2MOD和1.5MOD同时挂着，貌似没啥不兼容的问题，反正这样做主流和非主流国家旗帜该变的都变了，还不错！

此MOD对部分非主流国家也做了变动，但不知为何把一些主流国家初始旗帜又改回去了
所以个人建议使用1.2旗帜MOD和此MOD同时使用！（目前无任何不兼容现象）不妨大家试试看
