T神BBS伤回复到，会让建立主机的人获得相应的权限，就是说主机可以kick作弊的，也就是人工抓作弊的了！

And to this topic, erm... I can't really make out what you are trying to ask.
But to answer your question, this will work somewhat like the co-op loader. You create a game on your own machine and the other player joins your game. The creator will have control over the settings of the match and so on. Like COD4 - dedicated servers, just a bit different, lol.
