楼主，貌似这句话的意思是，装备现在承受的日常磨损将会比上个版本降低50%，
也就是说日常磨损速度会降低了，下面那句：Equipped items have always suffered durability loss while fighting, and we are simply slowing the rate at which the loss occurs. （装备道具在战斗中耐久度将会持续下降，而我们现在简单的延缓了这种损耗）用来解释这句话。
