Console Commands

First be sure to make a backup of all files that you plan to edit. Locate your game.prefs file. It should be in C:\users\\appdata\local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander 2\game.prefs. Open the file using Notepad so you can edit the file. To the very top of the file above "options_overrides", add: debug = { enable_debug_facilities = true }. Then, find the "CheatsEnabled" text in the file and make sure it's set to true. Save this file and then you'll be able to activate the following cheats while playing the game.
   
Alt-A  No AI  
Alt-Delete  Delete All Selected Units  
Alt-F2  Create Unit  
Alt-N  No Damage  
Alt-T  Teleports All Units  
Ctrl-Alt-B  99999 Mass, Energy, and Research Points for All Players  
Ctrl-Alt-Z  Toggle Fog of War  
Ctrl-Shift-C  Copy Units  
Ctrl-Shift-R  All Research for All Players  
Ctrl-Shift-V  Create Units from Clipboard  
Z  Activate Console
