The Big Guns skill determines your combat effectiveness with all
oversized weapons, specifically the Flamer, Gatling Laser, Minigun,
Fat Man, Missile Launcher, Rock-it Launcher, and any unique
variants of these weapons. As this skill increases, so does your
accuracy and damage with all of these weapons, both in and out
of VAT.S. mode.

个人觉得非V状态下精度和你自己个人能力有关...敌人移动极其不平滑...闪来闪去
