Here are some important reminders or things that have changed:
TS3 Animator now works with Blender instead of Milkshape 3D due to the severe limitations of Milkshape 3D.
This is an Alpha version, meaning that the software is liable to change and that it does not yet have all of its features.
Note that while TS3 Animator can now Export to Blender, it cannot Import animations from Blender.
Furthermore, note that the animations in Blender are messed up because I am not done with the code that exports the animations from TS3 Animator to Blender yet
Basically, the only complete and fully functioning piece of software included in this release is the Blender import script for Blender 2.56a.

Here are some important reminders or things that have changed:
TS3 Animator now exports animated SMD files.
On a related note, animations in TS3 Animator now work.
Soon, as in a week or less, TS3 Animator will be able to import SMD files as well

Now I am back to my policy: if something (e.g. an animation) doesn't work, add it as an attachment to a comment you make on this download forum.
