I want to share my solution about this kind of problem.
My solution is to indicate a specific video card when I execute this game.
In my PC, there are two video cards, Intel's and NVIDIA's.
When I execute a program, the default is to use Intel's video card.
Like Hitman 5, I must turn off the Intel's video card to use another video card to be able to execute this kind of programs.
Another smart way is to click right mouse bottom to make OS to use one of two video cards.
This smart way may be provided by the latest driver or utilities from device provider.I am not sure when does my PC get this function.
If your PC has multiple video cards, try one of the two solutions:
1. specific a video card to execute the program
2. turn off the one of them or the weaker one and then execute the program
