英文版原文是+25% Hip-Shot accuracy, +10% Reload Speed, and +1 Magazine Size with Sniper Rifles per level.
而borderlands wiki上对于这个技能的描述是Greatly improves your Accuracy with Sniper Rifles when shooting from the hip. Also increases your Reload Speed and Magazine Size with Sniper Rifles.
