The Commandos series has done pretty well since it's first appearance back in 1998 for the PC. Now, the World War II franchise could be heading to PS3 and Xbox 360.
The CV of Marcos Domenech, who worked at the series' creator Pyro Studios until July last year, states that he worked as Senior-Lead Environment Artist on something called 'C4', and that the project will hit current generation consoles.
The last instalment, Commandos: Strike Force was released in 2006 for PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. It was also the last game released by Pyro Studios to date.

=============================
Over the weekend it emerged that Marcos Domenech of Pyro Studios had listed a title listed as "C4" for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on his LinkedIn profile. This was thought to be an abbreviation for Commandos 4, an unannounced title in the World War II series.
Today however, another listing has popped up, this time of José Ramón Díaz Martín. It states that the game developer has participated in the development of "Commandos 4" during his six years at the studio.
The last release in the series came in 2006 with Commados: Strike Force for PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC which was strongly compared to Medal of Honor, the dominant FPS at the time.
