我前两天在1C俄国网店上买了FOW1代，结果今天安装时遇到了问题，几次重装都没有解决，结果现在我的序列号输入的时候提示“The key stored in your system is not suitable for this version. Select 'Yes' to enter a new key, or' No 'to use the default key“，点了俄文的NO，就提示说This program requires a security key to enter. If you have a key, press OK and enter it. You must enter the correct key only once，不知道咋解决，急！！！！
知道是为什么了，原来是在卸载的时候没有记下重安装序列号，再下次安装的时候要求填入重安装序列号，没有就不能安装，那个有没有俄文好的朋友，帮我在1C写个申请表说明下这个情况，让1C给解决下。小弟不胜感谢
