这是前几天国内 EPT 小组破解和发布的横幅 relink 工具，本来是想等他们的工作组来这边发布的，可现在他们都没来呢，
在这里先替他们介绍了

you can use this tool open the file
cv0f.img\unnamed_1165.bin(1.2) or cv02.img\unnamed_9.bin(1.1)
then change the Rrlink number(the number is the pic id in cv09.img\unnamed_21.bin)
you can export a .xls file,and change the Content,then import the file.
but you can't change the offset.
the Num Of Banners only 0,1,2
0:no banners
1:a little
2:more

EPT是国内的,干嘛老讲英文?不能说个中文介绍么?
