我下的是3.94G ISO镜像格式的，可以打官网最新的补丁吗？下面3个补丁我该下哪个？

哪位好心人知道的说一下

另我想问一下有时候玩的蛮好就死机了，非要重新启动才行（有时重起后系统也挂了，还要重装系统），怎么回事？
