荷超结束后的European places playoff到底是什么赛事？

好像第2轮获胜的球队有3支，但最后决赛却是2支球队在踢？具体规则是怎样的，获胜后又会怎样呢？是和下赛季的欧战资格有关系吗？

第一张图是当年联赛成绩排名，第2张是第一轮，第3张是第二轮，第4张是第三轮

第一轮里Ajax和Cambuur被淘汰了，为何第二轮他们还可以踢？Cambuur在前两轮都输了为何第三轮还可以踢？这似乎不是什么淘汰赛，也不是杯赛

The teams who finish the Eredivisie from 2nd to 7th position enter into a series of playoffs to decide who gets the second CL spot and the UEFA spots. It goes over a few rounds, with an eventual winner.
2nd through 5th places go to the Champions league playoffs, where 2nd plays 5th in a two legged playoff and 3rd plays 4th. Winners go on to play each other. The winner of those playoffs makes it to the Champions League (3rd round qualifying), with the three losers going to the UEFA Cup. 6th through 9th make it to UEFA Cup playoffs, which have the same format. Winner gets the final UEFA Cup spot.
