- Fixed a major crash flaw with conjuration, Fixed the double summoning effect from non undead spells. The effect was noticeably reduced for undead spells but it still is there and unavoidable due to hardcoded design of the undead spells.

- Hundreds of scripting optimizations,bug fixes, potential crash fixes and OBSE 14 updates. Many new game settings are now customizeable as well as the ability to have supreme magicka ignore changing those game settings if you know another mod will control it. Numerous other config options and improvements. Improved uninstall systems. Telekenesis will no longer mess up load doors and will have the correct range. A fundamental gameplay change in conjuration where if your at the summon limit you will not be able to summon a new one till one of those summons finish or die. Also the conjurers boons systems are now done naturally and the enemy npcs will be seen casting each of there summons in succession. The chameleon invsibility time out is now leveled based on your sneak skill. Recharge spells will now cause temporary health reduction for some time period which will stack if you use the spell too many times before you have recovered. Elemental Shields now works like morrowind damaging enemies nearby and resistance to that element. New absorb damage and swim spells from flyflightflea. And most importantly the readme is back in rtf format.
1.數以百計的腳本最佳化、除錯及異常跳出問題的修正，支援OBSE 14的腳本。
2.新的設定加入了SupremeMagicka.ini避免移除這MOD時造成數據錯誤。
3.對門施展Telekenesis法術，不再造成該門無法使用(進出)。
4.當你召喚生物數達上限時，施展召喚生物法術將不再取代你第一個召喚生物，只能等到法術時間結束、或有生物被殺死。
5.Chameleon達100%時的產生的Invsibility效果時間(會在你攻擊、使用物品時失效)，與你的潛行技能等及有關、越高時間越長。
6.Recharge spells若使用過多將會造成你生命在一定時間內無法恢復(使用法術、藥水無效)。
7.Elemental Shields(火、冰、雷)現在與晨風一樣、會對靠近你的敵人造成傷害、並對該元素有抵抗力。
8.新增了flyflightflea製作的Absorb、Damage、Swim(游泳?)法術。

- Added Quest Spell Levelling system where finger of the mountain and wizards fury spells will improve as you level up. Note your destruction skill will also limit these improvements so you can always cast these spells at your current skill. As always you can turn this feature off in the ini in required. Detect Attitude spell added to Ita Rienus and Athragar. Added some cheap apprentice resist element spells to some vendors. Added an optional plugin that enables enchanting of restoration and magicka effects (Not Recommended). A non gameplay change to allow shivering isles manipulate weather power to work in tamriel, with the exception that none of the bonuses you would normally get will work.

0.75b改變
- Added Ini options to turn off supreme magickas detect life system if using another detect life shader mod or enable detect life to always pick up undead. Also dulled down the standard detect life effect so npcs are not a purple glob and helps match the deadra and undead sets.
小更新：SupremeMagicka.ini中加入可關閉0.75中新增的偵測生命模式的關閉設定，若你已經使用了其他偵測生命顯示設定的MOD或你總是利用偵測生命來獲知不死生物位置的玩家、你可以將此功能關閉。

- Added OOO compatibility plugin that makes sure enchanted item prices match those of OOO. Detect life spells no longer detect undead/vampires unless you are a vampire and now colours daedra orange and undead/vampires a lightish blue. All enemy fire, shock and frost should now apply elemental effects onto the player correctly. Fixed a bug where you could summon an apprentice number of summons at novice skill. Consistent summons and AOE target spell ini options are now working correctly. Detect Ingredient and Detect magic item spells are now available at the arcane university and Agata. Shock spells over a duration will now see if there effects will be applied every second unlike frost and fire spells which only check the on the moment of hit.

- REQUIRES OBSE 13a. Finally all effects are fully individual from each fixing numerous issues with spells and totally supporting instant cast spells. This is a stepping stone to improve effects on the player. Fire, frost and shock elemental effects percentages are now based on the spells skill level so for example a master fire spell has a 20% stagger compared to a novice that only does 5% stagger (default values). Fixed many bugs with the conjuration system, The multiple summon spells can no longer be used to create an army of summons over the summon limits, they will instead summon less creatures and none if you already are at the summon limit meaning those particular spells are suited only to the start of a battle when you haven't summoned any summons, also enemies can now summon multiple summons just like you so be careful out there. Improved Shock Spell reliability in bouncing and also added a chance of the shock pushing or pulling the enemy. Updated magicka progression and hopefully fixes all problems while still providing automatic compatibility with mods that change skill rates. Stealth magic attacks have been re-implemented and don't use the crashy area spell methods either.

- Readme and description fixes, Fixed compatability issues with multiple summons and mods that change the perk skill limits. A calculation error fix to burden spells sometimes increasing the opponents speed instead of decreasing and burden spells now slow by 1 pt per 1.5 burden magnitude pts on enemy npcs. Corrected maximum slow limit of burden spells. Decreased chance of default frost effects from 40% to its correct 25% and increased chance of recovery from frozen paralysis to 33% from 20%.

- Telekinesis no longer 100% pushes an actor. It has a chance based on the actors and players spell skills. This is configurable in the ini to always be able to push again. Its still really powerful especially with high intelligence and willpower. Only mages can really end up resisting the Telekinesis.

- You can now cast multiple summons of the same spell once again. I have preventing the player from being able to multiple summon the spells that summon multiple creatures at once as otherwise its easy to abuse number of creatures you can go beyond.

- Reduced the potency of the jump spells. Greatly reduced the earlier jump spells and also corrected the number of points boosted on the spell info .

- Rapidfire spells no longer continue firing when you are knocked down

- Fixed issue where friendly spells were marked as hostile so using on an ally made them attack you.

- Summon Skeleton horde only summons the best 3 skeletons. The default conjuration summon limit in ini also reduced to 1,1,2,2,3.

- Change how chameleon works over 100%. You are affected as if you had casted an invisibility spell. So doing an action you can be detected only for 15 seconds but after that you will return invisible again automatically.
改變變色龍法術(chameleon)在超過100%時的作用方式(敵人有機會在你chameleon超過100%時發現你)：施展法術(或穿著裝備達100%以上時)後有著如同invisibility的效果，因此在法術有效時間內做出任何動作還是有可能被發現，並在15秒後自動恢復成invisible型態。

1- 將"meshes"、"sound"、"textures"、SupremeMagicka.esp、SupremeMagicka.ini等資料夾及檔案複製到你的\Oblivion\Data
2- Supreme Magicka Files裡的選用Plugin esp文件若有使用請將載入順序排至SupremeMagicka.esp下方~
3- 這個MOD需要OBSE v0012和官方1.2更新檔(或更新版本)；

重要：如果你有用以下MOD請停用之~

• Divine Magicka – 重新編輯了原作者的script並修正一些BUG(Dread Zombies，因為這種生物會回血)已整合至Supreme Magicka(讓你能用Restore Health對不死生物造成傷害，Light效果則能對吸血鬼造成傷害)
• Spell Icon Replacer – 已整合了Forsaken32的法術圖標~

• Poison Spells – 新增了Poison的法術效果，不再是以Poison取代Damage Health的效果。
• Sudden Violence Spell Effects – 已包含我的另一個MOD：Sudden Violence : Combat Moves OBSE中的Sudden Violence Spell Effects(額外法術傷害，改進script)，除了這插件外、可以跟Sudden Violence : Combat Moves OBSE其他插件一同使用。
• Mighty Magick – 這MOD是Mighty Magick的替代品，不要同時使用；The races and skill modules of Mighty Magick 等MM的插件可共存(建議不要使用了)。
• Any script effect icon replacers – 任何取代"script effect"圖標的MOD，已整合且修正相關錯誤。

選擇性插件(在Supreme Magicka Files資料夾中)：

• SM_MOBSCompatability - MOBS的相容補丁。

• SM_MMMCompatability - MMM的相容補丁。

• SM_DLCSpellTome - 調整官方MOD：DLCSpellTome所增加的法術，如果你有使用DLCSpellTome這MOD，建議使用此插件。

• SM_ShiveringIsles - 讓顫慄之島新增的魔法支援Supreme Magicka的腳本。讓SI新增法術更具效力、依各學派、所需等級進行排序。修改了Divine Intervention、 Daedric Intervention這2個法術所使用腳本：在顫慄之島使用這2個法術並不會讓你傳送回泰姆瑞爾，而是分別讓你傳送到SI的出口(回泰姆瑞爾德傳送門)或Sheogorath的宮殿。對有安裝SI資料片玩家建議安裝。

• SM_AbsorbRestoration若你希望"absorb spells"類型法術從Mysticism改回Restoration學派，請使用。個人建議將"absorb spells"類型法術歸屬Mysticism學派，保持平衡性(預設Mysticism學派法術只有5、6種)。

• SM_EnableCharmChameleon - 如果你希望能自訂Charm、Chameleon等法術效果的法術或魔法物品，則使用這Plugin：注意這將使你能輕易達到100%Chameleon導致破壞遊戲樂趣。

• SM_EnchantStaff - 讓你可以製造Staff(法杖)類的魔法物品。你可以在Rindir's Staffs(In theImperial City Market District)店裡買到待附魔的法杖，透過任何一座Enchanting altar你可以將其製成魔法仗。待附魔的法杖屬於雙手鈍器直到被加工，此MOD可獨立使用(即使未使用SM主MOD)。

• SM_NoPoisonLevitationEffects - 移除漂浮術、毒係法術命中目標所產生的效果。主要修正跟一MOD如Throwing Stars、FPS Optimiser共用所產生的衝突(修正隨處可見的綠雲跟紫雲)，除非你有見到這些奇怪現象，否則不要用它。

• SM_NoSpellLights - 移除所有法術在施展時所產生的亮光，因此你於潛行狀態下施法將更不容易被發現。

• SM_UnlockSpells - 改寫了"Open"法術效果，各級開鎖法術的差異只在於"成功率"；同時"Open"將不能用來自訂法術或附魔。每一級的開鎖法術將能100%開啟比它低等級的鎖，有一定機率開啟同級的鎖；舉例：Open Very Hard Lock 法術有50%機率開啟"Very Hard"等級的鎖，且總是能開啟"Hard"及以下等級的鎖(100%)。

• Raised Enchanting and Spellmaking Limits - 提高自訂法術、附魔的上限(需要靈魂石配合，沒有esp、只有替代用Menus資料夾及其內文件、記得用OBMM進行檔案無效化)。

From 0.67 spells are nolonger prefixed for you as was not always accurate and there are new mods outthere which do a much more accurate job.

4.敘述及特點
-----------------------------------------------------------------
我(作者)第一次進行Oblivion時扮演著一名法師的角色，我發現魔法非常無力、一個純法師想要在這環境存活是非常困難的。於是我求助於一個眾所皆知的MOD：Mighty Magick，然而MM讓法術過強導致失衡，因此我決定開發一套在MM和Oblivion預設法術系統間取得平衡的法術MOD。

此MOD大幅翻修Oblivion預設法術系統，希望做出一套更平衡、具差異性且更有趣的系統。此MOD增加了新元素、新法術，更提高法師在此遊戲中的價值地位、擺脫以往過弱的法師形象。

• General Changes:

改變一些遊戲設定：盔甲的穿戴量(身體、手、腳、頭盔及盾牌)越多，對你的施法效率懲罰越高(穿越多效率越低)。
魔力恢復力初期恢復較慢，但隨著Willpower的增加會越來越快。
投射出去的魔法飛行速度及距離增為2倍。
遠距離及具區域性效果的魔法其魔法消耗量減少(從1.5降為1.4)。
NPC有較高的魔力值因為他們不如玩家聰明。
這些設定可以從SupremeMagicka.ini進行變更。
新增"Circle"類型法術將對包圍你的敵人們造成區域傷害(施法時不須碰到敵人、即會發動)，被包圍了、沒問題！施展火焰漩渦把他們炸飛。
Circle Spell：

Skill and attribute based spells (Absorb, Fortify, Drain, Damage)，這類法術現在能讓你更有效率面對各種職業的敵人尤其當你扮演一名戰鬥巫師的角色。
一些輔助性法術現在有較長的作用時間，如Shield不用經常施展了。
每次施法所得熟練度(%)將視該魔法消耗量決定(越高得越多)。
讓所有無範圍效果(0ft)的法術,有著小範圍的區域效果讓你於第3人稱時能更有效使用。
你可以在SupremeMagicka.ini改變這些相關設定。

• 自訂法術、附魔及煉金術方面的改變：

現在能做出更強力的魔法武器，靈魂石有更大的容量及更高的附魔上限。
常駐效果型態的附魔不再過弱，一些魔法效果現在也能用於附魔(如反射傷害)，但不致過強。
Charm、Chameleon不再列入自訂法術、附魔的效果列表裡。
煉金術等級的提升，能讓你同一時間喝下較多罐的藥劑。
這些設定可以藉由使用Supreme Magicka Files資料夾中的插件、修改SupremeMagicka.ini來變更。

• Conjuration：

召喚生物的最大總召喚數將依據你的Conjuration學派等級決定。同時也增加了一些新的召喚法術：1次能召喚2種以上生物的法術。你可以在SupremeMagicka.ini設定你能召喚生物的最大數量及一些相關設定。

Bound物品法術也做了改良，依據你所修煉的盔甲技能高低決定你召喚出來整套的Bound Armor是屬於重甲還是輕甲；召喚Bound bow時會附帶召喚一些Bound Arrow，這些箭是用不完的、每射一箭僅會消耗極少的魔力。All bound armor and weapons現在都附帶了魔法效果，隨著你的Conjuration學派等級越高，附帶魔法效果會更強。

Conjurers(召喚師)能讓地牢或洞穴更為明亮，就如同illusionists(幻術師)能做到的程度。新的"Bound torch"法術讓你能召喚一個"Sigil Stone Style"的火把(Apprentices等級能使用)，"Summon will-o-the-wisp"法術讓你能召喚will-o-the-wisp當你的照明(Journeyman等級能使用，will-o-the-wisp算物品不算召喚生物，可以召喚很多)，僅供照明並不會參與戰鬥。

• Mysticism：

Absorb spells 現列入Mysticism系並調整,已不再是無用的法術;如果想讓這些法術仍為Restoration系,請使用SM_AbsorbRestoration.esp(在Supreme Magicka Files資料夾中,請置於SupremeMagicka.esp後載入)

Telekinesis spells 現在不只可以隔空取物,還能遠距離開箱子,遠距離扒竊,還能將NPC或生物推倒(施展後按滑鼠右鍵)

Dispel spells 現在可驅散你的召喚生物(對他們施展)

Spellfire spells 法師殺手,中此法術的NPC在有效時間內若他們施法將不會消耗他們的魔力,取而代之的是消耗他們的生命

Mark/Recall 這大家都知道~紀錄(Mark)傳送點、並可隨時傳送回(Recall)紀錄點

Divine Intervention 讓你可以傳送回離你最近的教堂(有惡名,戰鬥中使用不可)

Daedric Intervention 讓你可以傳送回離你最近的Daedric祭壇(只要完成一個Daedric任務即可獲得,戰鬥中使用不可)

Extrication 迷宮脫出(從洞穴或地牢中脫離至離地面最近的入口,戰鬥中使用不可)

Assassin's Rush 瞬移到目標NPC,生物的背後(施法行為若被發現、則會失敗，判定為犯罪、NPC會攻擊你；可能會讓你穿透建築物注意使用地點)

Blink 類似魔獸爭霸3(WW3)寒冰霸權:英雄角色Warder的閃光技能,瞬移一段距離(方向為你看的地方為準,所以也能瞬移到高處；可能會讓你穿透建築物注意使用地點)，適合"純"法師用逃命法術或對NPC發動奇襲~

Swap 交換你跟你的目標的所在位置(目標物可以為死屍)

可以隨時召喚Spellmaking and Enchanting Altars來自訂法術和製作魔法物品,由Raminus Polus處可學(買)得(Arcane University)

新增"以生命值(HP)作交換代價、進行魔法武器沖能"的法術：Recharge Spells每次施展將消耗25%的最大生命值。
Novice level spell：恢復魔法武器30%附魔量。
Apprentice level spell：恢復魔法武器40%附魔量。
Journeyman level spell：恢復魔法武器50%附魔量。
Expert level spell：恢復魔法武器60%附魔量。
Master level spell：恢復魔法武器75%附魔量。

• Destruction:

Elemental(冰、雷、火系等元素)法術對敵人會產生特別的效果。
火系魔法有一定機率推倒或擊退敵人。
冰系魔法有一定機率凍結敵人一段時間或者減緩他們的速度。
凍結效果:

雷系魔法有一定機率彈跳至目標物鄰近敵人身上，其殺傷力為原有一半。
以上效果對自訂法術也有作用；你可以透過SupremeMagicka.ini裡的設定來調整發生機率。

"Damage Health"現在有一項附加功能：使目標施展中的"Restored health"失效(以我方法術強度進行最多8次的抵消)；
舉例：
1.[敵人施展Restore Health 20 pts的法術]V.S.[我方向他施展Damage Health 5 pts for 10 seconds的法術]，
結果：[20pts]<[5pts*8] 、對方法術失效。
2.[敵人施展Restore Health 50 pts的法術]V.S.[我方向他施展Damage Health 5 pts for 10 seconds的法術]，
結果：[50pts]>[5pts*8] 、對方法術僅10pts有效。
注意：Damage Health會讓不死生物復原！

此MOD代表性法術"Poison Damage"：毒害初始傷害較低、但會隨作用時間增加(對目標產生之傷害)。這法術花費較多的魔力、但大多敵人對它較無抵抗能力(除了Redguards、Argonians這2族外)，有潛在的屬性傷害效果；這法術效果能用在自訂法術及附魔上。
Poison Damage：

Drain spells 現在是非常實用的：Drain Fatigue能完全使你的敵人摔倒，假如他們的Fatigue值夠低的話。Drain Health能一擊殺死那些生命值低於你法術強度的敵人。Drain Health效果不能用來自訂魔法及附魔於武器上，以防產生"Drain Health 300pts on Touch"這類過強的自訂法術。

新增的"Rapidfire"法術能讓你投射出一連串的小火球(有持續時間)總傷害值相當於一些威力較大、但擊中次數較少的法術。

• Alteration：

Burden法術在作用期間能讓你的敵人無法動彈，且能將敵人完全固定一小段時間如果你的敵人夠弱的話。

所有的Feather法術能避免你從高處落下的傷害，前提是總負重限制要大於所攜物品重量100點以上(施展Feather之後)；而Burden之類的法術則能使Faether法術失效(視其強度)

新的"repair spells"法術(分4個等級)能讓專精於Alteration學派的法師修理他們的武器、恢復部分的耐久度，越高等級的此類法術能恢復的耐久值越多(最高只能到120)，當然無法跟Armorer Master相提並論。

漂浮術出現在Oblivion了！一群來自晨風省的法師把這樣知識帶到了Cyrodiil，並且秘密地將此法術教授給一些法師工會成員。這神奇的法術讓你可以居高臨下攻擊你的敵人，學會之後此法術效果會列入自訂法術的效果選單裡。如果你覺得不平衡你可以在SupremeMagicka.ini進行設定讓你在漂浮期間處於沉默或魔力恢復不能狀態

漂浮術並非這群法師帶來的唯一法術，新的"Jump"法術能讓你跳得比平常還高。
漂浮術(Cell內亦可使用)：

• Restoration：

想嘗試扮演一位成功牧師或是聖騎士現在是輕而易舉的，只要選擇Restoration為你的主攻技能。具有"Restore Health"效果的法術將對不死生物造成傷害，即使這類法術是你由Spell Making所自訂的法術亦然。

• Illusion：

根據等級判定有效的法術(Calm, Frenzy,Command,Turn Undead etc)所能自訂法術等級上限由25級提升至50級，讓此類法術能作用在高等級NPC或生物上。你可以透過SupremeMagicka.ini裡的設定來調整這個上限

吸血鬼獵人聽到這消息一定非常高興：施展"Light"效果的法術在吸血鬼身上，將會傷害他們。

新增的法術你可以在法師工會或各城市的法術商人處學(買)到。首都奧術學院更掌握大多數更具威力的法術，新增的法術以及販售商人的資料，你可以從這個檔案Supreme Magicka - New Spells List.pdf得知(在Supreme Magicka Files資料夾中) 。Supreme Magicka Files資料夾中還有許多選用插件，你可以從第1部分裡的"選用插件"那得知相關訊息。

備註：
1.新增的法術是以遊戲運行腳本的方式增加到販賣NPC身上，因此能減少NPC方面修改的衝突。
2.額外法術效果亦會發生在玩家身上(被火焰擊退等)。
3.目前(2007/08/03)最適用UOP版本為2.0.0。

(雷爾文法師公會可學到僅能記憶一個傳點，在Cyrodiil及Shivering Isles可分別記憶一個傳點)
使用Sanctuary記憶傳點：(會出現一團火、就是傳點所在，除非你更改傳點、不然會一直存在)

使用Displacement傳回傳點(當你在Cyrodiil使用則傳回Cyrodiil記憶點，在Shivering Isles

4.增加了額外的偵查條件，防止施展治療法術時被敵方察覺。
5.Burden將減慢敵人的速度。(取決於法術的強度)

- Readme and description fixes, Fixed compatability issues with multiple summons and mods that change the perk skill limits. A calculation error fix to burden spells sometimes increasing the opponents speed instead of decreasing and burden spells now slow by 1 pt per 1.5 burden magnitude pts on enemy npcs. Corrected maximum slow limit of burden spells. Decreased chance of default frost effects from 40% to its correct 25% and increased chance of recovery from frozen paralysis to 33% from 20%.
1.修正讀我檔案及MOD敘述。
2.修正多重召喚的相容性衝突。
3.修正一個Burden法術計算式的錯誤：Burden法術有時會發生幫敵人加速的現象，現在Burden強度每1.5點可以減少敵人1點速度(舉例：Burden 60 pts可減低敵人40點的速度)。
4.製定了Burden法術能產生的最大減速值上限。
5.降低了Frost凍結效果的機率，增加了掙脫凍結的機率。

The chameleon invsibility time out is now leveled based on your sneak skill. Recharge spells will now cause temporary health reduction for some time period which will stack if you use the spell too many times before you have recovered. Elemental Shields now works like morrowind damaging enemies nearby and resistance to that element. New absorb damage and swim spells from flyflightflea. And most importantly the readme is back in rtf format.

5.Chameleon達100%時的產生的Invsibility效果時間(會在你攻擊、使用物品時失效)，與你的潛行技能等及有關、越高時間越長。
6.Recharge spells若使用過多將會造成你生命在一定時間內無法恢復(使用法術、藥水無效)。
7.Elemental Shields(火、冰、雷)現在與晨風一樣、會對靠近你的敵人造成傷害、並對該元素有抵抗力。

5.shivering isles最終獎勵(改變shivering isles上的天氣，一天一次)現在也能在原本的大陸起作用了。

请问楼主，我用了这个mod最新的版本0.79后，召唤出的怪的维持时间怎么没有效果？我在ini文件里改的是600秒，但是游戏中一点变化都没有，还是一次只能召唤一个怪，我已经是大使级召唤，在这个mod下，我应该可以召唤5个才是啊！还有很多新法术怎样得到的？比如说飞毯法术，一次召出多只怪的法术？
