基本可以肯定和这个正在开发中的MOD不是同一个http://bbs.mountblade.com.cn/viewthread.php?tid=41049&extra=page%3D2 这个已经独立成游戏，不是MOD了

Familiar version of the well-known and £UBIAN game Mount & Blade. The title, which is a combination of action game with RPG elements and strategies, takes us to the seventeenth-century Polish.

Mount & Blade: Fire and Sword "is a special scene-known game Mount & Blade, published in Poland in 2008. For creating a new part on the history of seventeenth-century Polish correspond to three companies: the Russian studio Snowberry Connection, Ukrainian Sich Studio and the Turkish developer TaleWorlds Entertainment (the creator of the original).

The action game takes us back to the mid-seventeenth century, the territories of the former Commonwealth. During the game look like a scene from the novel by Henryk Sienkiewicz (Flood, Fire and Sword) and the film by Jerzy Hoffman. The situation is tense in Europe. To fight for dominance in the region are to meet the major powers, namely a strong, albeit declining Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the growing strength of Tsarist Rus, modern and thirsty for conquest Sweden, Ukraine and the Cossack unbridled Khanate of Crimea - an enemy of Christian Europe.

The player takes the role of state leader struggling with multiple opponents. Gameplay is based on the first Mount & Blade, although there has been some, for obvious modifications. The most important aspects of the games are open world, unique combat arms and firearms, interestingly mapped riding model and rich references to Polish history and works of Sienkiewicz. When we play a lot of independent characters familiar from books and movies. There are also special weapons and military units (such as hussars).
