本作的这个特点——四个世界中超级英雄的都是蜘蛛侠，但是却个个独具特色被动视以及Beenox在前几个月的宣传中被无数次的提及。Amazing中的蜘蛛侠擅长结网攻击，具有像蛛网之锤、借助网来踢中敌人的前胸之类的及技能，而2099中的蜘蛛侠则擅长区域性技能。

　　在玩了Noir以及Ultimate中的蜘蛛侠之后，我相信设计者所言非虚。在Noir 中我必须躲藏在阴影中等待出手的时机。我藏在火车车厢(物件上有箭头指示的就可以藏身其中)中，等待在一旁闲谈的警卫的手电照向别处的时候下手。在向火车场推进的道路完全是一寸一寸的前进，因为一路上都是要处理的巡逻队还有需要解救的人质一类的事情要处理。

　　Ultimate中的蜘蛛侠则大不一样。如果说Noir中的蜘蛛侠是让敌人到死都不知道是怎么死的类型的话，Ultimate中的蜘蛛侠则是一口气跳进一群敌人中然后解决他们的类型。如果说秘密行动是Noir中是真理的话，那么在 Ultimate中你就应该大肆杀戮，而Ultimate中蜘蛛侠的各种技能也正是为了这个目的设计的。Ultimate中蜘蛛侠能够挥舞手臂使用蜘蛛侠标志性的网鞭来攻击敌人，并且能够从胸口发射出尖刺，在网住了敌人的头之后还可以释放出沿着道路快速突进的穿刺。

　　Ultimate中的蜘蛛侠完全就是一个混合型杀伤武器，当你踢中敌人的时候，你可以在同时混合你的护盾技能以及杀伤性技能，你的杀伤性技能就会范围化，不仅仅能扩大你的攻击范围，而且攻击力也会提升。

　　所有这些特性，使得玩家操纵蜘蛛侠躲开敌人发狂的攻击的同时仍然能够射出蛛网，并且能在几秒钟之内就摆平这些恶棍。第一次玩到这样第一人称动作游戏对我来说也是个挑战。在BOSS战时你的视野会被固定为第一人称也就是说你只能看到蜘蛛侠能够看到的。基本上来说，你可以操控你的摇杆来击出蜘蛛侠的拳头也能操控摇杆来闪避。这些就是这次试玩中最让我感到有趣的部分了，不过我觉得操作起来有点不适应而且也没有那么酷的手感。这样的操作设定就当时我玩的感觉来说略显僵硬。
